Everything you need to know before ordering
Answers on specifications, documentation, orders, and shipping. Support is limited to these topics.
When will my order ship?
Processing and carrier details are confirmed after order review. When a shipment is released, tracking is provided with the carrier update.
Is packaging discreet?
Contact support before submitting an order if your receiving location has specific packaging or labeling requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout states whether payment is available or your submission is an unpaid order request. An order number does not confirm payment. Fulfillment starts only after payment is confirmed. Peptide America does not store card details in the storefront.
Are your products third-party tested?
Where a recent independent Certificate of Analysis is available for a compound, the original PDF is linked on the product page with its report date. A posted report is matched to the compound named in that document and is not represented as documentation for the specific vial being purchased.
How should the vials be stored?
Storage information for the material as supplied appears on its product page. Review any published compound documentation for additional handling notes. We do not provide reconstitution, preparation, or application guidance.
What is your policy if an order arrives damaged or does not match its documentation?
If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact support with the order number so the shipment can be reviewed under the published refund policy.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Checkout accepts eligible United States shipping addresses only. See the shipping policy for current terms.
Can you advise on how to use these materials?
No. These materials are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal use. We cannot provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, or protocol guidance, and our staff cannot answer such questions through any channel.
